Currently a HOD – Marketing & Chief Mentor at IES Management College & Research Centre, Mumbai, Prof. Pai is celebrated for his excellence in marketing education, having received the “Most Admired Professor in Marketing” award from the World Marketing Congress. His academic contributions include leading courses in Strategic Brand Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, and Luxury Marketing, earning consistently high ratings from students for over a decade.

Prior to his academic career, he held leadership roles at leading organisations including Samsung India, Godrej Agrovet, and IMS Learning Resources, where he drove growth, operational excellence, and business development across diverse markets.
